Mid-job
Finished rooms are the easy photograph. These are the ones worth looking at — substrate and waterproofing before it disappears, cabinets being set, and what the floor looks like while we are working on it.

What we actually build
Across the Puget Sound, the work divides roughly like this:
Whole-home and multi-room remodels — the largest share of what we do. How we sequence them.
Kitchens — cabinetry, stone countertops, backsplash and floor tile, lighting and layout changes. More on kitchens.
Bathrooms — full rebuilds, tub-to-shower conversions, curbless and linear-drain showers, heated floors. More on bathrooms.
Tile and natural stone — self-performed by our own crew rather than subcontracted. This is where our owner started. More on tile and stone.
Commercial — tenant improvements, unit turnovers and build-outs.
One job we can point you to
Todd Massengill, who owns a tile company himself, hired us to correct a failed shower his own crew could not finish — opening the ceiling below, repairing the joist support structure, and rebuilding the pan and drain before re-tiling. He wrote about it publicly on our Google listing.
Photos of finished rooms are the easy part. Ask instead for photos of the middle of a job — the pan before tile, the membrane at the corners, the substrate after leveling. Anyone can photograph a finished bathroom. Far fewer can show you what was underneath it.
